Ordering & Payment

To order an item simply click Add to Basket next to the item, first making sure that you have selected any applicable options such as the Base wire colour or the accent Colour for the crystals or pearls.

Each item you order will be added to Your Basket which you can view at any time at the top of the page.

Once you have chosen all the items you want click the Checkout option.

You will then be guided through our very simple and secure payment process via Paypal.

Delivery Details

All items are posted in a rigid postage box to ensure your order reaches you in the best possible condition. Small jewellery packages are sent as first class recorded mail and tiaras or multiple jewellery orders are sent special delivery.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail and must be signed for, tiaras are sent via special delivery and jewellery by 1st class recorded. The customer is responsible for ensuring the address details are correct when placing the order, extra charges incurred by incorrect information provided will not be paid for by Crystal Creations Tiaras.

Note: We are sometimes able to deal with urgent orders, this is usually for a small extra cost but we must be contacted before the order is placed to confirm we have the necessary components in stock with which to create your items.

Returns & Refunds

We are not a 'trying on' service. Tiaras and jewellery are all handmade to order and can take a considerable amount of time to complete. Please be aware of this when ordering and do not order several items with the intention of returning all or most of them. However if you are not entirely satisfied with your products, please contact us within 5 days of receipt so a return and full refund can be arranged.

Refunds will only be given upon receipt of the item in it's original condition and in the original packaging when received within 14 days and do not include postage charges unless the product is faulty or damaged en route.

We are unable to offer refunds for bespoke or clearance products, items which have been used, or goods returned after the date of your wedding. Also to comply with Health and Safety regulation we are unable to accept returns of earrings unless the items are faulty or damaged.

Product Information

All tiaras and jewellery are made using the finest quality plated bands. Also sterling silver findings are available to ensure your pieces will last for many years, perfect if you are planning to pass them on through the family as a new heirloom, prices for sterling silver are available upon request.

To care for your items, please do not use any soap or water as they may cause a dull build up on the crystals and pearls, they will always return to their normal lustre after a good wipe with a dry lint free cloth. Also spraying perfumes and hair sprays directly onto the metals used may cause tarnishing due to their natural composition so please ensure these are used before your accessories are put on.

Our tiaras and jewellery come as standard made from either clear crystal, crystal AB and light Creamrose pearls, any other colour option is then classed as bespoke. As well as small changes to the standard tiaras we can take aspects of one design and combine them with aspects of another or we are happy to create a design from scratch so you have a unique one off piece.
